Massage therapy is a complementary wellness service and is not intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified health professional.
Clients must disclose all relevant health information prior to treatment, including but not limited to:

Medications or pain management treatments
Treatments are provided based on the information supplied by the client at the time of booking and consultation. Peak Massage & Muscle Therapy is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed or inaccurate information.
By booking a session, clients acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own health and wellbeing during treatment.

Policy
Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods include cash and electronic payments.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
For mobile massage appointments, an additional travel fee applies. Any applicable surcharge will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation, Reschedule &
No-Show Policy
To respect the time and care dedicated to each appointment, the following policies apply:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee

No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the booking fee

Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time

Full treatment fees still apply for late arrivals or shortened sessions
Hygiene & Safety

Peak Massage & Muscle Therapy is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.
We always provide:

A clean and professional treatment space

Fresh linens for every client

Hand hygiene before and after each treatment

Equipment sanitised between clients

The therapist will not work when unwell
Clients are asked to reschedule if feeling unwell to ensure the safety of all.


Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are non-refundable

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash

Vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment

Expiry dates apply and are clearly stated on the voucher
